I think it won't solve anything.
Wikis are attacked in two ways:
* spam bots
* human vandals
Spam bots target search engines, so they have to include machine-readable
keywords, therefore they're easy to block. Blocklist and DNS RBL work
great and work without disturbing real contributors.
Worse kind of attack is by stupid people, who will be more determined to
pass CAPTCHA and similar tests than actual contributors would.
