[pmwiki-users] embedding html pages inside wiki pages

I added a script includeurl.php to the IncludeUrl cookbook page:
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/IncludeUrl

This will add markup to enable embedding of html pages similar to
using iframe, by using the object element.

Be aware of possible security risks and copyright issues when
embedding external pages. Setting a variable
    $EnableExternalResource = 0;
will disallow page urls beginning with http, but still allow relativ
path urls to include pages on the same server.
