Yes, that bug seems to have been introduced in this version, it wasn't
happening before.

Yes, you can.  I do that myself with a couple of pagelist directives
using #includetoc and #includetitle formats (see
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/PagelistTemplateSamples)
