Thanks, Clemens, but I believe that thread ante-dates the creation of the
(:if action XXX:) condition, which should now be operational - at least the
information here
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/ConditionalMarkupSamples#action suggests
it should.

On the other hand, the fact that the "action" condition isn't listed on the
page http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/ConditionalMarkup makes me wonder -
is this an oversight in documentation, or could it be because the condition
isn't really ready for use (as I may be discovering)?
