If you defined in config.php $HTMLStylesFmt for specific groups, then
this will be applied to pages of the group, but not to the sidebar.
you need to create groupspecific css files in the pub/css/ direcory.
for instance
pub/css/PmWiki.css for css for the Pmwiki group
likewise
pub/css/Main.HomePage.css for css for page Main.HomePage
and for the whole wiki
pub/css/local.css
