As a counterpoint to what I just wrote, I should also note that
I'm not a big fan of the words "commercial license" for this
either -- it doesn't accurately describe the license.  But I haven't
come up with a better phrase that isn't equally or more confusing.
If anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear them.
