You know that, depending on your audience, you'll loose 10-90% of your 
audience if you insist on IE, yes?
Things that will drive the percentage up are:
* having a technical audience
* requiring people to download, install and run an ActiveX control.
(I'm just guessing about the latter, but "lots of cool features" sounds 
like it's ActiveX.)
