PmWiki can't do automatic translation -- the page contents
remain in whatever language they were originally authored in.

If you look at 
http://psychanalyse.psychanalogie.fr/edition/pmwiki.php?n=PmWikiFr.PmWikiFr
you'll find the French version of the documentation.  To convert the
SideBar into french, just browse to http://psychanalyse.psychanalogie.fr/edition/pmwiki.php?n=Site.SideBar?action=edit and replace the page contents
with whatever you'd like to see there instead.
