missing (:noaction:) ??
Would be  a useful markup to suppress the action links.

May i also propose a general (:fullpage:) markup, which combines all
the others? (:fullscreen:) sounds a bit misleading, as the browser
does not maximise. (:fullwindow:) may be an alternative name.
