This is mostly a maintenance release. The main new feature
is to add support for figure and table cross-references.
This allows an author to specify figure and table references,
and have the typesetting engine automatically insert the
figure or table number.

For example, FIG(myUniqueID) ...

...

%block id=myUniqueID%http://some.image.gif"a picture of clouds" | Clouds

might turn into Figure 5 (a picture of clouds) ...

Similarly, TAB(anotherUniqueID) ...

...

||id=anotherUniqueID"table of results"
||!a table caption is mandatory!||
...

might turn into Table 3 (table of results) ...

The cross-references are in fact to the object's caption,
rather than to the object itself. This means the FIG(id)
and TAB(id) markup require the referenced item to have a
caption, In the case of a figure, it must have either a
caption, or alt text or both.

In HTML the cross-references turn into unnumbered links.

Important: if you have installed the server side software
and wish to take advantage of this feature, you must also
install an updated .xsl script. This is available from:
http://www.wikipublisher.org/wiki/index.php?n=Wikipublisher.InstallTheServer
under "Update the XSLT".

The release also fixes some bugs, notably to correct
the xml generated when a page has one or more headings
and ends with an unclosed block, such as >>comment<<
with no final >><<.

We hope to release a new server version shortly, with
some set up and configuration improvements.

Comments and questions welcome.
