Er - no!

:) They can create images, and their previous "designer" had used 
rollovers, and they want the ability to make their own rollovers within 
the wiki.  I have currently said "no" but wanted to see if it's possible 
(and it should be).  Seriously though, part of the reason for using a 
wiki is to make simple changes quickly, without having to know CSS/HTML etc

So - custom markup to make a rollover anyone?

Essentially it's custom markup to make a specialised:

<a href="" ...><img ... /></a>

That's it - nothing more (and it's supposed to be easy).
