[pmwiki-users] WikiPublisher/PublishPDF and .htaccess protected wikis?

At the moment, PublishPDF passes the value of $_COOKIE['PHPSESSID'] 
to the wikipublisher server, which then includes the PHPSESSID
when it requests the wikibook xml from the pmwiki server.

So the question is: what do we need to do in the case of a wiki
protected through a .htaccess file? Can anyone advise, please?
