Hi,

for a quick hint (until the pros step in :) ) you could comment out line
123 in scripts/forms.php.

Then the following line
SDV($InputTags['e_minorcheckbox']['checked'], 'checked');
would be processed always.

I am _very sure_ that is by far not the best way to do this.
