(sigh)  This has already existed for some time...since at least March.

One downside to this approach is that it's fairly slow to render,
primarily because of all of the (:pagelist:) directives.  But that 
could possibly be corrected by using a custom pagelist formatting 
routine that can generate all of the sublists from a single pagelist 
directive.

At any rate, this page does highlight which recipes are not providing
complete information such as a description.  And any recipe that
doesn't categorize itself doesn't make it onto this list.
