The plan is that the admin (or recipe) will specify a list of properties
that will be saved as page attributes, not that every property will 
automatically be saved.  (See the bottom of my message at
http://www.pmichaud.com/pipermail/pmwiki-users/2005-December/020645.html.)

I simply did the markup this way for the Cookbook because it's workable
for the Cookbook.
