[pmwiki-users] PITS receipt and codepage

[OBUTEX / Hladůvka]

I like the PITS possiblities a lot.
Small annoyance is in (:piclist  markup where the local characters are 
in a different codepage than
in pages of the PITS issues.

Would be possible to fix it ?
