Try this:

0) Make sure you have a backup.
1) Rename wiki.d/ to wiki.d-old/
2) Visit your site.
3) Create a new wiki.d/ as instructed.
4) Move your wiki page files from wiki.d-old/ to the new wiki.d/
5) Delete wiki.d-old/
