[pmwiki-users] WebAdmin: no delete

Files written by PmWiki should be deletable.  Have you copied or moved
any files since installing?  Could something or someone have come
along and changed (tightened) permissions since PmWiki wrote the files
and/or directories?  Can you delete files not related to PmWiki?
