[pmwiki-users] Map on page using Google API

I have a recipe that I built about a year ago now. I should
publish--so I will put it on my schedule in the next week.

(I originally sent straight to Steve, but I plan on publishing a
Recipe that I have that works, so I don't want to step on other toes.)
