[pmwiki-users] pagelist is creating links relative to the current group?

I would.  It makes sense.  It have a variable that, if set, defines the
homepage for each group.

I don't like this if it renders as an outside link.  I prefer a simple
variable that defines the homepage, like $GroupHomePage = 'HomePage';
