[pmwiki-users] Comments pages vs Discuss pages on pmwiki.org and/or in distro

On pmwiki.org, run a search "name=*discuss", and search
"name=*comments"; there are several of each.

I'm thinking we need to decide explicitly whether to use both, to mean
two different things, or to standardize on just one (and state the
decision on a page somewhere).

Then I wonder if it would be appropriate to add something like the
following to the base page when the 'talk' page (discuss or comments
... whichever) is created for a base page that's part of the
distribution - or even make something like this standard on all pages:

(:if exists {$Name}-Talk:)There is also a [[{$Name}-Talk |
discussion]] page used during the development of this {$Titlespaced}
page.(:ifend:)

Whaddaya think?

(oh, and is $Name the right variable to use, or should it be $Fullname?)
