Double check that Google doesn't mind you borrowing their bandwidth.   
One reason it "works" for YouTube is they expressly have a policy to  
allow people to borrow their bandwidth and hosting of the video content.

If Google Video does not want people to borrow their bandwidth &  
hosting, you may need to figure out whether each individual video is  
copyrighted or distributable, put it on your own server, then serve  
it up as whatever it is -- RealPlayer, Quicktime, WMV, Flash....
