I know, but some search engines, particularly Yahoo, probably does not
take it into account. Even if I publish sitemap for them with only
fully qualified pagenames.

I tried it but it does not avoid different links to group homepages
(which causes duplicate indexation). It would require all links like
[[Group/]] to generate HTML links http://server/Group and not
http://server/Group/HomePage as today. Also, I can't guarantee that
all users are using [[Group/]] links instead of [[Group/HomePage]].
