[pmwiki-users] preview doesn't work (evolver skin)

When analizing the skin I saw that  
$PageEditFmt $PageUploadFmt was reassigned, so Site.EditForm was *not used*. 
If I uncomment the variables preview works fine, so for me it's o.k.
