I use Freemind and display the results in PmWiki using the Freemind Java 
applet. You can't change the mindmap online - which is no surprise.

I don't have a recipe for it, but it wouldn't be difficult to create a 
markup function that could be added to the PmWiki config.php. Which, 
translated for someone unfamiliar with PmWiki, means: it's easy to 
create something that allows you to enter in to a page, say:

  (:mindmap yourmindmap width=100% height=100% :)
