[pmwiki-users] Automatic Category Pages (WAS: Planning for 2.2.0)

Just my 1.6 euro pennies:

Of all the pages, I think those pages in $CategoryGroup should be
automatically generated when an new category is added. I'll grant you,
that leads to Mizpelt (misspelt) categories. However, I've had editors
express frustration on these pages not being immediately available.
Having an automatic pagelist is easily possible via
GroupFooter/Header. But, it would be nice if [[!Shibboleth]] added for
the first time magically created Category.Shibboleth.
