[pmwiki-users] notify problem

Hmm... now it works... all of the sudden.

What i did is change in notify.php
       mail($m, $subject, $mbody, $NotifyHeaders, $NotifyParameters);

to

       mail($m, $subject, $mbody, $NotifyHeaders);

Now i do not understand:

1. how that should affect the function
2. why it works on my other installations, and everyone else's

Anyone got an idea?

$NotifyParameters is empty btw, as in ''. (added it to the subject  
for testing)
