[pmwiki-users] date in pagename

Hello everybody
One of my user's farm want to create page with dates in the name.
He input something like this in a page [[News2007-04-19]]
The wiki convert it to NewsThursday, 19 april 2007.
I try to reconfigure the wiki with the timeFmt variable but it change nothing 
I try also to put a TZ variable but it has no effect
The wiki runs on Windows 2003 IIS6 PHP4.4.4. I say that because on another server with Apache and PHP5 is is okay to keep the date format -:-(

What can I try now?
