PS: I am working on a forum version which will use Feral's new
recipe:
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/FeralFormattedEntry

This will allow separation of forum post content and formatting, so
the look, display, layout etc of a whole forum, of all pages and
posts, can be changed by setting a new display template from a
ForumConfig page. Should come very soon.
