Hmm. Don't make it too smart ;-) Sometimes, one only wants to write the
current page as a static page, even if there are a couple of
"non-cacheable" markups, e.g. markup for introducing randomness might be
used only once for creating the static page. The same applies for
time-markups or even the visitor's identity. Could you add a switch,
that forces the static export even for non-cacheable markups? Also, it
would probably be nice to have something like a "?cache=no" that ignores
the static cache and returns a guaranteed up-to-date version of the page
(this might be useful for authors).
