There are two ways you can do that, depending on how comfortable you are 
with HTML:

1) Find a skin you like in the Cookbook, install it, then modify it with 
the editor of your choice so that it looks like your existing site. 
This is the easier option but may not look quite like your existing site.

2) Save an HTML/CSS copy of your existing site, rename the .html file as 
.tmpl and put the two files in your skins directory, then transplant the 
<!--wiki tags--> from pmwiki.tmpl into your .tmpl file to get the 
functionality.  You will need to make substantial changes to the CSS 
file to cause PmWiki's styles to be handled like your existing site's 
styles, but the end result will look more or less exactly like your 
existing site.
