[pmwiki-users] Missing GUI edit buttons

My GUI edit buttons have disappeared.

I have reinstalled but to no avail.

I have included the line $EnableGUIButtons = 1; in my config file.

I'm running under IIS6 on Windows Server 2003.

Any ideas?
