[pmwiki-users] Flunking Farming part Deux....

I've used PmWiki for several years as a personal CMS and it rocks. My first
foray into Pm Farms and I have some basic issues.

1) Default PmWiki page comes up but edit does not function. Click the Home
or a Child wiki edit link and nothing. On the Linux server I have Home and
Child wiki dir permissions set to RWX (777) just to eliminate that as an
issue.
2) If I do http:// <http://<url>/pmwiki/pmwiki.php> <url>/pmwiki/pmwiki.php
I get "Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by
(output started at
/usr/share/nanoweb/defaultroot/pmwiki/local/farmconfig.php:1) in
/usr/share/nanoweb/defaultroot/pmwiki/pmwiki.php on line 933". Whereas if I
do a http://url/pmwiki/Child/index.php I do not have this error. I have
checked that there are no spaces or lines at the start of the pmwiki.php and
index.php files.

Creating a wiki.d dir in the Child by browsing was not a problem and the
permissions are set for r/w.

Setup:

release: 2.2.0-beta19
doc root: /usr/share/nanoweb/defaultroot/pmwiki
child roots: /usr/share/nanoweb/defaultroot/pmwiki/Child.
child index.php file contains:

<?php include('../pmwiki.php');

/local/farmconfig.php contains:

<?php if (!defined('PmWiki')) exit();
$FarmPubDirUrl = 'http://<url>/pmwiki/pub'

Being as this is my first foray into this, digital failure of a keyboard
kind is highly likely. Any help is appreciated.
