Hi,

Just sending this again in the hope that someone with an answer missed
it last time.

With respect to:

Is there way to automatically indicate on shared pages that they are
shared? e.g. define a new conditional mark-up for pages in shared.d
and put it in an AllGroupHeader?

Also, a method to list the shared pages would really useful - assuming
that you have a .htaccess preventing direct directory listing.
