I've long been meaning to take a look at what it would take to write a recipe
that would allow any legal HTML string for a page name. There would be some
sort of escape convention so that one would write something like:

[[Pathe \(Films\)]]

To have a page named 'Pathe (Films)'. I'm not sure what the best escape
character would be. I'm partial to both '\' and '%', but both also have
complication. Of course, right now I have too much on my plate to tackle this,
but I do wonder how much work it might be.
