[pmwiki-users] new version of Cluster

I've done a massive rewrite of Cluster (partly based on Feral's code,
with improvements of my own).

Major things of note:
* some features are not compatible with earlier versions; of most note,
(:breadcrumb:) and (:clustergrouptitle:) directives have been replaced
by my own version of (:clusterslice:) (which has slightly different
arguments than Feral's version)
* Optional name-based clustering!

I've also set up an example wiki http://www.katspace.org/kriki/ which,
amongst other things, has the old faithful example, the clustering of
Kingdom-Animal-Canine and friends.
