If you write in HTML, you can use:
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/EnableHTML

Otherwise, try one of several recipes beginning with "Include" on
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/Cookbook

But I'd definitely try Pm's first.
