[pmwiki-users] Conflicting recipes

I am using two recipes that seem to be conflicting:

Footnotes: Ben Wilson's Script

Interestingly, both are written by Ben Wilson. 

 

At the bottom of the page, the footnotes script typically inserts a
horizontal line and a numbered list of the footnotes with styling.
However, if any categories are added, the footnote loses its styling and
the horizontal rule. The categories are displayed in a frame in a sorted
order correctly at the bottom of the page.
