[pmwiki-users] Latex installation problems

What is the best way to install Latex to Pmwiki?

I tried these three Latex addons unsuccessfully:
1. http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/LatexMarkup

2. http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/LaTeXMathML

3. http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/LinuxTex


In all cases, I added this to my posts:
$ \frac{sin(\frac{\pi}{2}e^{x})} {x^{2}+1} = \frac{1}{10^{100}} $
