The demo site was moved to http://skins.solidgone.com/ -- feel free to 
use it. The key is that I'm using jQuery, and a javascript tabs library 
from http://stilbuero.de/tabs/. The skin adds a wrapper around this, but 
basically, if you follow the info on the tabs site, that will give you 
what you should need to get started.
