this is obsolete or just wrong.
It should be entries to the $FoxPagePermissions array.

Your foxdelete url looks fine. Perhaps you can add some echo
statements for debugging to function FoxHandleDelete in foxdelete.php.
See if it is called a all, and possibly where it get stuck.

You could also try to simplify your permissions, for testing.
