Well, your example works. But see again at

  http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Test/Title

If you follow the link to [[PmWikiFr/Sandbox]] you will see that that
page exists!

So I'm asking myself: Why does it work for
[[PmWikiDe/DocumentationIndex|+]] but not for [[PmWikiFr/Sandbox|+]]?
