as $AuthId is an email address, It seems required to suppress the . (dot) to 
make it work, otherwise an empty string is returned :

$FmtPV['$PageAuthId'] = 'MakePageName("Profiles.Template", 
"'.str_replace(".", "", $AuthId).'")';
