[pmwiki-users] Checking Skin versions using Recipe Check: doesn't work

I find the Recipe Check function extremely useful, but have 
noticed that the recipe doesn't check the skin version, despite 
the recipe page suggesting it does.

Is there some setting I have overlooked? Is the recipe flawed? Is 
the recipe page incorrect? Or am I just being too demanding and 
expecting too much?
