I added a note that "include_once("$FarmD/cookbook/attachtable.php");"
has to be inserted after setting $EnableUpload because otherwise
attachtable.php terminates silently.

And I get brief error messages after an rename or delete action:

(that's PostRecentChanges() in PmWiki 2.2.1).

and

(that's Redirect() in PmWiki 2.2.1).
