[pmwiki-users] attaching a file to an e-mail

Hi,

I have looked at many of the cookbook recipes but can't seem to find a  
recipe that will allow a file to be attached and sent as an e-mail.

Would be grateful for any advice/pointers to such a recipe if one exists.
