I just changed line 45 from

Old: if (IsEnabled($EnablePostAuthorRequired,0))
New: if (IsEnabled($EnablePostAuthorRequired,1))

After my changes the behavior of author.php leads to a better
functionality. Please check the source code for the next update. It works
in my configuration. :-)

Or should I be wrong with my change?
