One of the few times I think the markup documentation should include web
design theory. If it's left out, they will ask for it. If it's in,
they'll use it. I'd put it in, with the note that it is included for
completeness. Search engines work better if each page has only one
heading level, and PmWiki already sets the title.
Which reminds me, (:title:) is a candidate for the newbie page. I'm sure
many of them want to change the title after creating the page.
