I had a feeling this feature request would be coming.

Download and install revised wikiform.php and formtitle.php
scripts from http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/WikiForms

Then add ! to the field of type title, e.g.

:Description:description (title!)

Or

:Description:description (title!=25)

For this to work, you must update both the wikiform and
formtitle scripts.
