[pmwiki-users] Preventing a <!--wiki being wrapped in P tags

Yes, start the page {$SiteGroup}.SiteFooter with some block markup like 
a !!heading, a >>div<< or a buletted list. 

The sidebar on pmwiki.org is not wrapped in <p> tags.
